Applications

The accreditation of museums and the certification of visitable collections comply with the Regional Legislative Decree 25/2016/A, November 22, 2016, namely Chapters IX and X.

The applicant entities can rely on the support of the Coordinating Structure (Executive Board) for that purpose.

The goals of the accreditation of museums are: to promote access to culture and to the enrichment of cultural heritage through the introduction of accuracy and quality patterns in the performance of museological tasks in regional museums.

The goals of the certification of collections are: to promote access to culture and to cultural heritage by valuing, preserving and safeguarding collections that are eligible for visiting and study.
