Notes: Consisting of the figures of Saint Francis and Pope Innocent III upon the same platform, this ensemble evokes the events that took place in Rome, in 1209, when Francis, together with eleven companions, received from Innocent III the approval of the Proto-Rule, also known as the first “form of life”.
